Our Neem Salve combines neem oil with a carefully selected blend of essential oils to help deter ticks, midges and other unwanted insects. A little goes a long way—apply a thin layer around the neck, on top of the head, at the base of the ears and around the armpit areas. Avoid the eyes, nose, mouth and inside the ears.

Always check your animal thoroughly for ticks after every walk or time spent outdoors. This salve is an additional deterrent and should not replace regular tick checks or veterinary-recommended parasite protection.

The nourishing formula can also be applied sparingly to:

• Dry, flaky or irritated skin
• Areas where the coat has been rubbed thin
• Skin affected by rug rubbing or sweet itch
• Areas of minor hair loss while the skin and coat recover

The solid salve is easy to apply and ideal for animals that dislike sprays.

Store away from direct heat and sunlight. If the salve softens, place it somewhere cool until it firms again—this will not affect the product.
